For Christmas, Ed requested a new bag to hold his scriptures. Since he was worked at Deseret Book at the time he was able to get just the one he wanted! The family gave him a really hard time on Christmas morning - Britt and Pat each asking him why he wanted a 'Man Purse'. It has been a family joke since then and you can often see Ed carrying his 'purse'. We have all suggested that he NOT take it with him on his motorcycle. We don't think a leather jacket, helmet, and a PURSE would be a very good or safe combination!
