Happy 'Almost' Birthday Sariah!

Sariah has been celebrating her 7th birthday since Sunday.  She likes to celebrate on the 4th of July because she thinks the fireworks are a special tribute to her!  It is pretty entertaining to listen to her.  Tonight - the 7th - we had a family dinner at the restaurant of her choice - McDONALDS. 

We then took her to Trick's Dance and Gymnastic Studio to sign her up for gymnastics or dance lessons for her birthday gift - but she decided she would rather have a present.  We thought she would love the idea - but we were wrong.  Guess we don't understand the mind of a seven year old girl! 

Notice my cast is off my left arm and I only have to wear a splint for a couple more weeks!

Murphy catching up on his rest....

We just returned from a wonderful week in Utah with Pat, Shyla, Diesel, and Cali.  Murphy was thrilled to see his cousins and run in the park and hike in the mountains.  He hasn't been that active since we got him.  We drove home on Sunday and although he slept in the car the entire ride - we still had a hard time getting him up (and off our bed) Monday morning.
