On November 7, 2009, Ed and I held the first (of probably many) Family History Seminars for which we were responsible. It is probably a good idea that we didn't know what we were getting into ahead of time or we might have reconsidered.
We had over 200 attendees - 20 classes with excellent instructors - display tables - and lunch. We sold out of the syllabus so next year we will know to order more of them.

Tables and rooms were set up the night before and Ed and I arrived at 6:30am on Saturday morning so that the display could be done and the equipment needs for each instructor in the proper rooms. Everything went surprizing well - we just a couple of small glitches for which we were very grateful! Thanks to all who worked so hard to make this a very successful event.
